This must include all the important aspects of your life including your health, personal development, your relationships your professional and social life. You have to design your day according to your needs. If you cannot manage all the things in a day then create a weekly plan. Like, Monday to Thursday are workdays only, Friday is for your friends and Saturday-Sunday are the days reserved for your family and personal growth. But we prefer you to design your day instead of the weak. Moreover, if you want to learn time-management learn Self-management. Self-management is the essence of time-management.

We present to you some pillars that are the foundation of a successful life. You just have to create a balance in them to succeed and live your life with satisfaction.

1) HEALTH:

Your health should be among all the priorities of your day. When you exercise early in the morning and stretch your body many hormones are released in your body. They include some pleasure hormones as well. And after there release your body feels relax and refreshed. Hence usually your entire day passes with a good mood. After waking up things we prefer you to do include:

  • Don’t use social media or your mobile phone within 1 hour after waking up.
  • When you wake up stretch your body.
  • Engage in the most difficult thing you think you have to do for the day.
  • After waking up, do at least 15 minutes of exercise.
  • Don’t skip your morning meal, Always have your breakfast.

2) PROFESSIONAL LIFE:

Your career and professional life are as important as your personal life. As this is the source of you’re earning. But we get so much engage in our profession that we forget to give time to our families and ourselves. Don’t overload yourself with work. Because most of the time we put so much energy in your work that we exhaust ourselves. Hence we have no energy to do any other work. what can we do then? here are some tips:

• Design your work in a way that you can give time to your family and other matters
• You can add your family to your work, you can assign them a task and can sit with them. This is a 2 in 1 technique.
• If you cant add your family to your work then plan a specific time in which there will be only family and no work.

3) PERSONAL LIFE:

In this entire hustle and bustle, we forget to give time to ourselves. We start compromising on our personal growth. Family profession and health all are the most important part of life. Therefore to create a balance you can do the following things:
• Make your dinner a family meeting. Discuss your whole day with them.
• To give time to your children you can devise activities such as early morning sports. In this, you will give time to your health as well as your children.
• You have to keep every block at the right place. Do your work in work time and do no other thing in family time.

GROWTH AND WORK-LIFE BALANCE

Growth is a continuous process. We have to grow every day in social-emotional terms. Because if we stop growing, our life will stop at one point. There will be no spark left in it. If there is no spark, how can we live life to its fullest? How can we perform our tasks and create balance in our lives? Hence being always updated is very important. How can growth create a work-life balance? Here are some tips you can use:

  • You can learn a new skill every day.
  • Polish your existing skills.
  • Read a book, as book reading will increase your attention span.
  • You have to reduce your social media usage as much as possible.
